Terms of Service Agreement:
1. This program requires a one time $19.95 USD setup fee. 2. Please allow up to 24 hours after signup and payment authorization for service activation. 3. This program is available for small business and residential clients only. 4. This unlimited service is for voice call usage only. 5. This service requires a valid credit card or checking account. Monthly payments of $29.95 USD are automatically billed to this account. 6. Credit card and ACH payments may be processed through merchant services in the United States or Panama. All payments are processed in US Dollars. 7. This plan may not be used for online calls, internet access or any service that does not involve a person-to-person conversation or voice message. 8. This unlimited service does not permit multiparty conference calls, calls to 900, 976, 500, or 700 numbers, directory assistance, calling card, operator services, international calling or toll free calling services. 9. Calls may only be placed within the United States. 10. EZ1Rate.Com is the registered Trademark of Long Distance Unlimited, Inc & Tele Services, Inc. EZ1Rate.Com and their affiliates' total liability for loss or damage by defects in performance or non performance of this service shall be limited to the amount paid for this service. 11. EZ1Rate.Com and their affiliates will not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, included but not limited to loss of profits or income, arising directly or indirectly from any action or failure by EZ1Rate.Com or their affiliates. 12. EZ1Rate.Com reserves the right to terminate or refuse to provide service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason. 13. You may cancel at any time. 14. EZ1Rate.Com does not collect personal information from you, unless you provide it to us, and does not provide or sell the names and addresses of our customers [site users] to outside vendors. 15. EZ1Rate.Com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. When you place an order, the information you submit is encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. 16. EZ1Rate.Com collects, maintains and uses customer information as necessary to provide the most helpful and targeted products and services to meet customers' needs (e.g. customer care or new products or services). 17. EZ1Rate.Com honors customers' requests to remove their names from our telephone or mail solicitation lists. 18. EZ1Rate.Com maintains confidentiality of customer information when undertaking projects with other companies. 19.
